Welcome to CRYSP! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to CRYSP, operated by Green Container Advanced Farming LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. CRYSP operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). CRYSP is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
Section 1 — Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make purchases on your behalf.
To use the Services you may be asked to provide your email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. You warrant that all information you provide is correct, current and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You may not transfer or assign your account to any other person.
Section 2 — Our Products
We take pride in providing fresh, pesticide-free produce grown in our vertical farm in Dubai. While we strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and images, minor differences may occur due to the natural variability of fresh produce.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We may substitute an item in a bundle with one of equal or greater value if a product is unavailable due to harvest conditions — you will be notified by email or WhatsApp.
Section 3 — Food Safety & Product Handling
All CRYSP produce is grown pesticide-free and delivered fresh on the morning of your delivery. However, as with all fresh produce, proper handling after delivery is your responsibility.
By placing an order you agree to the following:
- All produce must be washed thoroughly before consumption
- Products must be refrigerated promptly upon receipt and stored at appropriate temperatures
- Consume produce within the recommended timeframe indicated on your packaging
- Do not consume produce that appears spoiled, discoloured, or has an unusual odour
CRYSP and Green Container Advanced Farming LLC accept no liability for any illness, injury, or adverse reaction arising from improper storage, handling, preparation, or consumption of produce after it has been delivered in satisfactory condition.
If your produce arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Section 4 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. CRYSP reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an acceptance email from us.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible. One-time orders can be cancelled with a full refund if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
Section 5 — Prices and Billing
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of your order, as shown in your confirmation email.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. CRYSP does not store your card details.
Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver to select Dubai communities including Al Barari, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills Estate, Town Square, The Sustainable City, Motor City and Serena. Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday.
Delivery is free on all subscription orders. One-time orders above AED 30 qualify for free delivery. Orders below AED 30 incur a delivery fee of AED 10.
All produce is harvested the same morning of your delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
Section 7 — Subscriptions
Subscription plans charge your payment method automatically on your chosen frequency (weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly).
You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time with at least 48 hours' notice before your next scheduled delivery, via your account portal or by contacting us directly.
A minimum of 2 billing cycles is required before cancellation on auto-charging plans. CRYSP reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with 14 days' written notice to active subscribers.
Section 8 — Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns. If there is an issue with your order — damaged, incorrect, or missing items — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will offer a replacement on your next delivery or a store credit.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Section 9 — Promotions and Discounts
Promotions and discounts are valid only during their specified time frames. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
Section 10 — Intellectual Property
All content on crysp.shop including logos, images, text, and design is the property of Green Container Advanced Farming LLC (trading as CRYSP) and is protected under applicable laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
CRYSP's names, logos, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks of CRYSP or its affiliates. Shopify's name, logo and trademarks are the property of Shopify Inc.
Section 11 — Relationship with Shopify
CRYSP is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Green Container Advanced Farming LLC (trading as CRYSP). Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and CRYSP. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with CRYSP.
Section 12 — Privacy Policy
All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy at crysp.shop/policies/privacy-policy. Certain data may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm you have read these policies.
Section 13 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
Section 14 — Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services to violate any laws; infringe on intellectual property rights; transmit false or misleading information; send spam; impersonate any person; scrape or resell any part of the Services; or circumvent any security measures.
Section 15 — Termination
We may terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice if you have violated any part of these Terms. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.
Section 16 — Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
Section 17 — Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYSP AND GREEN CONTAINER ADVANCED FARMING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
Section 18 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRYSP, Green Container Advanced Farming LLC, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.
Section 19 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Section 20 — Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to our website. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
