Overview
At CRYSP, operated by Green Container Advanced Farming LLC, every order is harvested fresh on the morning of your delivery. We do not pre-pack or store produce overnight after harvest — what you receive was cut that same day.
This policy explains our delivery areas, fees, timings, and what to expect on delivery day.
Section 1 — Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across all areas in Dubai, UAE.

We do not currently deliver outside Dubai or to other Emirates.
Section 2 — Delivery Days & Times
- Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday
- All deliveries are made in the working hours, between 8:00am and 5:00pm
- Produce is harvested fresh on the morning of your delivery day
For subscription orders, your recurring deliveries will always fall on the same day of the week as your first order.

Delivery fees, where applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment is taken.
Section 4 — Order Cutoff Times
To ensure your produce is harvested and prepared in time, please note the following cutoff times:
- One-time orders: Order before 8 PM for next day delivery
- Subscription changes (skip, pause, address update): Must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
Section 5 — Same-Day Harvest Guarantee
All CRYSP produce is cut, washed, packed and dispatched on the morning of your delivery — never stored overnight after harvest. This ensures:
- Maximum freshness and flavour
- Longer shelf life once it reaches you
- No cold-chain compromise between farm and door
Section 6 — If You Are Not Home
If no one is available to receive your order at the time of delivery:
- Our driver will attempt to contact you via WhatsApp before leaving the item
- If there is no response, the order will be left in a safe, shaded spot at your door or building entrance
- CRYSP is not responsible for produce quality if it remains unattended in direct heat or sunlight for an extended period after delivery
We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order, or providing specific delivery instructions at checkout (e.g. "leave with concierge", "leave at side gate").
Section 7 — Delivery Instructions
You can add specific delivery instructions at checkout. Our drivers will do their best to follow them. For any special requests or gated community access instructions, please contact us in advance via WhatsApp.
Section 8 — Delays and Disruptions
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Heavy traffic or road closures
- Extreme weather conditions
- Restricted or delayed access to gated communities
- Circumstances beyond our control
In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via WhatsApp as soon as possible. CRYSP is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Section 9 — Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not delivered, please contact us within 24 hours via email at iinfo@cryspfarms.com or WhatsApp at +971 50 478 6270 with your order number and a photo if applicable.
