Overview

At CRYSP, operated by Green Container Advanced Farming LLC, we take great pride in the freshness and quality of everything we grow and deliver. Because we deal exclusively in fresh, perishable produce, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Section 1 — No Physical Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept physical returns under any circumstances. All resolutions for quality issues are handled via replacement or store credit.


Section 2 — Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every order we deliver. If your produce arrives in unsatisfactory condition — wilted, damaged, or not up to our standards — we will make it right.

To raise a quality claim, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the affected item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement included in your next delivery at no charge
  • A store credit applied to your account for a future order
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the nature and extent of the issue

Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery cannot be accepted, as we are unable to verify the condition of perishable goods beyond this window.


Section 3 — Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item you did not order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement of the correct item in your next delivery or issue a refund for the incorrect item.


Section 4 — Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will either include the missing item in your next delivery at no charge, or issue a credit to your account.


Section 5 — One-Time Order Cancellations

One-time orders may be cancelled for a full refund provided the cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time.

Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before delivery cannot be refunded, as the produce will already have been harvested and packed specifically for your order.

To cancel an order, contact us via email at info@crysp.shop or WhatsApp at +971 50 478 6270 with your order number.


Section 6 — Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time with at least 48 hours' notice before your next scheduled delivery date, via your customer account portal or by contacting us directly.

  • If cancelled within the 48-hour notice period before a charge is processed, no payment will be taken for that delivery.
  • If a charge has already been processed and you cancel with sufficient notice, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled delivery will not be eligible for a refund for that delivery, as the produce will have already been harvested.

A minimum of 2 billing cycles is required before cancellation on auto-charging subscription plans.


Section 7 — Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different payment method than the one originally used.


Section 8 — Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Produce that has been stored incorrectly after delivery (e.g. left in direct heat or sunlight)
  • Change of mind after an order has been harvested or dispatched
  • Subscription cancellations made less than 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery
